$25,000 Grant from Deluxe Corporation Foundation
Free Guitars 4 Kids has been awarded a $25,000 grant from the Deluxe Corporation Foundation.
The grant was made through the Deluxe Parents Employee Resource Group (ERG), who surprised our team with the announcement during a recent Free Guitars 4 Kids fundraising event. The moment was both unexpected and deeply meaningful, and we are incredibly grateful for their generosity and belief in our mission.
Deluxe recently shared the news publicly, saying:
“We’re excited to announce the first of many 2025 Deluxe Corporation Foundation ERG Grant recipients! This week, our Parents ERG had the pleasure of surprising Free Guitars 4 Kids with a $25,000 grant during their fundraising event. FG4K will put these funds directly toward getting guitars into the hands of hundreds of children across our local communities and beyond!” #dlxproud
This grant will allow Free Guitars 4 Kids to grow and deepen our work in Minnesota, expanding the number of children we can serve while strengthening our local partnerships. Just as importantly, we are excited about the opportunity to work alongside Deluxe employees who will volunteer their time and talents, helping us distribute guitars and build meaningful connections with the kids and families we serve. This support represents more than funding—it reflects a shared commitment to community, creativity, and showing up for the next generation.
Adam Reynolds, who serves on the FG4K Minnesota Volunteer Sounding Board, played a key role in connecting Free Guitars 4 Kids with this opportunity. Adam shared:
“As a parent and music fan, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful music can be in a young person’s life. Free Guitars 4 Kids is doing something truly special, and I’m proud that the Deluxe Parents ERG and Foundation are able to support this work. This grant will help grow FG4K’s impact here in Minnesota, and I’m especially excited to see Deluxe employees roll up their sleeves and volunteer alongside an organization that’s making such a real difference for kids.”

We are deeply thankful to the Deluxe Corporation Foundation, the Parents ERG, and every Deluxe employee who has chosen to invest in kids through music. Partnerships like this make it possible for us to continue placing guitars into the hands of children who need them most—creating moments of joy, confidence, and possibility that can last a lifetime.
